was nondenominated (49c). Forty-nine cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 22, 2017 through Jan. 21, 2018. The stamps are valid forever.
The 2017 blocks have been expertly cut from clean 5250b panes of 20. They have not been removed from their original backing liner. The position may vary from stock image shown.
