pane issue. This is a double-sided block with four stamps on the front and four on the back. The stamps showcase four designs from Ezra Jack Keats' classic children's story.

was nondenominated (49c). Forty-nine cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 22, 2017 through Jan. 21, 2018. The stamps are valid forever.
The 2017 blocks have been expertly cut from clean 5246b panes of 20. They have not been removed from their original backing liner. The position and centering on the backside may vary from stock image shown.
