Germination:
Step 1
The easiest way is to place the seeds between moistened tissue papers. Leave it for 24 hours in a warm environment. You will notice that the thicker part of the seed will swell. The seed will now be ready for sowing.
Step 2
Mix together equal amounts of a soil-less growing medium with an equal amount of perlite.
Step 3
Scoop the mix growing media into individual biodegradable peat pots.
Step 4
Mist the surface of the soil in each peat pot until the soil is very well dampened down. Place the peat pots into a watering tray.
Step 5
Poke 1/2 to 3/4 inch deep holes in each of the peat pots. Place a plumeria rubra seed into one of the shallow holes. Make sure it's planted with the pointed end down and the "winged" side facing up. Push in the soil around each of the plumeria rubra seeds to set the seeds in the soil.
Step 6
Set the tray containing the planting packs of plumeria rubra seeds into a location that will stay right around 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Give it about six to eight hours of light a day, but avoid direct sunshine. Germination of plumeria rubra seeds will begin in one month.
Step 7
Water the planting packs often enough so the germinating medium can stay moist, but not so often it becomes drippy wet. Transplant the plumeria rubra seedlings when each seedling has two sets of leaves.
Important, Please read
All seeds have been test sown to ensure germination. Please familiarize yourself with growing conditions and instructions for your seeds before you plant them, as all seeds are different. Basic growing instructions can be found under each listing.
We Cannot Guarantee how much you will be able to grow, as too many variables come into play, soil condition, your ability to garden, weather etc. I guarantee that they arrive as described and are in good viable condition and the germination rates are accurate.
