no-die-cut Forever horizontal pair as shown. It is the
2015
Penguins
additional oz. imperforate sheet issue. The design features two stylized Emperor Penguins on a light green background. They are part of the American Wildlife issue.
Uncut stamps only come from imperf press sheets that were briefly available directly from USPS. The Forever additional ounce rate at the time of issue was 22 cents.
Twenty two
cents met the USPS Nondenominated Additional Ounce Letter rate from May 31, 2015 until Apr. 10, 2016. The rate was then reduced to 21c per additional oz. The stamps are valid forever for any future rate increase.
The imperforates have been professionally cut from 4989a press sheets. Separating stamps from these large sheets can be tricky. We measure for accuracy and do not use scissors, which can leave the stamps uneven and crooked.

especially coils may have a natural curl. Gummed sheet stamps will often have gum breaker ridges. Self adhesives will have straight even cuts and margins edges.
