. At the beginning of issue

was nondenominated
(46c).
Forty six cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 27, 2013 to Jan. 26, 2014. The stamps are valid as postage forever.
The
se-tenant stamps have been expertly cut from fresh panes. The stamps remain in Scott order on original backing paper. This group is discounted even below our already low prices and conveniently available as a single purchase.

The actual stamps may be different from this display, however we guarantee that they will be comparable or better condition or fully refunded. The
logos in the images are added digitally and are not printed on the actual stamps. The black background display mount is not included.
For pane singles the straight edge position may vary. For blocks/strips the position order will always be exactly as pictured.
We ship sets of stamps in Scott order (left to right) as pictured and/or stacked (top to bottom).
Stamps,
especially coils may have a natural curl. Gummed sheet stamps will often have gum breaker ridges.
Regarding Purchasing:
Purchasing is self service.
If you do not understand our terms please feel free to contact us for an invoice. We typically will not send a manual invoice because we have no way of knowing when you are done shopping until you ask.
You will need to please pay combined.
You will receive individual notifications from eBay with payment information after each item. You are free to combine and pay

We ship Internationally but not to every country in the world. Please verify postage rates before purchasing. Large International orders will be shipped via US Registered Mail at current rates. Please understand that

We always ship at earliest convenience. This means that a mail-run may occur multiple times a day. We have no control over the speed of mail, but have found the USPS to be very reliable. We would rather work things out but reserve the right to refuse service to anybody at any time. Stamp collectors as a whole are very honest people. A few bad apples attempt to manipulate the system for personal gain or other reasons. These parties are blocked. We politely ask blocked bidders not to contact us.
