The pairs are in Scott catalogue order as shown. The stamps are valid for 1 oz US postage forever. At the time of issue Forever was nondenominated (44c). Forty four cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from May 11, 2009 through Jan 21, 2012. All self-adhesives remain on their original backing paper.
The
2010
se tenants have been expertly cut from clean coil rolls of 100.
