set of 18 stamps FVF and

c Lady Liberty Flag
singles with Scott numbers

. The definitives have both water activated gum and self adhesive gum. The set began in Dec. 2005 with
10
nondenominated (39) stamps and continued into Apr. 2006 with
8
more denominated 39¢ stamps.
Carl and Ann Purcell
designed the patriotic set. Thirty-nine cents paid the First-Class 1 oz rate from
Jan. 2006
until
May 2007
. The stamps were replaced with Forever and 41¢ Flag issues. The printers were
Sterling Sommer for APU (Ashton-Potter USA), American Packaging Corp. (APC) for SSP (Sennett Security Products), AD (Avery Dennison), and BCA (Banknote Corporation of America) for SSP.
We have taken away the guesswork by assembling all of the numbers for you. The items will be carefully shipped in exact order to eliminate any confusion. This set is priced at a discount over purchasing the stamps separately.
All of our self-adhesives will always have sharp right angle cut edges and full original liners.
