This block is in exact Scott Catalogue order like the picture. The unconventional format allows
only 3 complete sets of stamps per pane -2 blocks and 1 singles set
. The mismatched remaining 6 stamps on the right side of the pane are postage. A price increase is expected. All self-adhesives remain on their original backing paper.
Thirty seven cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from June 30, 2002 until Jan. 8, 2006.
The se-tenant stamps have been properly cut from 3894b ATM Panes of 18.
