scarce die cutting on the right side
, and common die cutting on the left.
The bison is sometimes mistakenly called a "buffalo". The versatile 21c rate paid 2nd ounce postage from January until July 2001. It then covered the postcard rate from July 2001 to June 2002.
The stamps are tagged and lithographed. All self-adhesive stamps remain on their original backing paper.
Each se-tenant pair has been carefully cut from a 3484Ag unfolded pane of 10.
