Richard Sheaff
designed the tagged stamps. The image depicts an American flag flowing across a stylized city skyline below a green sky.
Thirty three
cents met USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 1999 until Jan. 2001. All stamps were removed from sale when the rate changed to 34 cents per ounce in January 2001.
This definitive set will NOT include minor number substitutions. Specialized sets and minor numbers are sold separately in the TBR Store.

We always ship at earliest convenience. This means that a mail-run may occur multiple times a day. We have no control over the speed of mail, but have found the USPS to be very reliable.
