issue with Scott numbers
3126, 3127, 3128,

3129.
The pane self-adhesives are serpentine die cut
10.9 x 10.2 on 2, 3 or 4 sides.
The vending booklet stamps are serpentine die cut
11.2 x 10.8 on 2 or 3 sides.
Phil Jordan
designed the
32c
se tenants and they were printed by
Stamp Venturers.
They are based upon artwork by Maria Sibylla Merian.
Thirty two
cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 1, 1995 until Jan. 10, 1999. The vending booklet stamps are smaller than the convertible pane stamps.
All 4 definitives have been expertly cut from
3127a
panes and
BK261
books and left on original backing paper. The pane positions may vary from the stock image.
