The tagged Christmas stamps are
perf. 11 on 2 or 3 sides.
John Berkey
designed the stamps and they were printed by
Multi-Color Corp. for American Bank Note Co.
They have a nondenominated value of 29c.
Twenty-nine
cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Feb. 1991 until Jan. 1995.
The colorful set storyboards a Christmas visit from Santa Claus. Each pane features a different scene. The highlight of the set is an attached pair of
