It is the scarce 29c reprint variety perf. 11. The original common 2535 variety is bullseye perf. 12½ x 13 (sold separately).
USPS regularly issues love stamps and more can be found in the TBR Store. Twenty nine cents paid the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Feb. 3, 1991 until Jan. 1, 1995.
The stamps have been properly separated from fresh 2535A sheets of 50. This item will meet your 1991 Lighthouse album requirement.
