23c Lunch Wagon
from the fourth transportation issue 1990 to 1995.
It was the fifty-fifth coil design added to the set.
The twenty-three cent denomination met the added ounce rate for USPS First Class mail beginning Feb. 1991. The stamps went to press multiple times resulting in the three collectible varieties. We guarantee accurate identification.
We occasionally use Brookman minor numbers like "s" and "v" for variety because Scott numbers are inadequate. Technically, 2464s is not a real number but useful to identify this variety.

especially coils may have a natural curl. Gummed sheet stamps will often have gum breaker ridges. Self adhesives will have straight even cuts and margins edges.
