1995 Honda CR250R for sale
This is not a restoration and it’s not perfect but it is a nice, well sorted bike that comes
WITH
a title. Since I purchased the bike about a year ago, I’ve performed the following repairs/mods
·
FMF gnarly pipe with turbine core spark arrestor.
·
Replaced all chassis bearings (wheel, suspension, etc.) except the steering stem bearings.
·
Paid Pro Tune suspension to rebuild and re-valve the suspension for Hare Scramble racing.
·
Micheline Star Cross 5 tires front and rear.
·
Powder coated the frame.
·
New plastics this year.
·
New chain and front sprocket end of last year.
·
Ricochet skid plate
·
Tusk handguards
·
New factory clutch springs (old springs made clutch lever hard to pull)
·
New clutch and throttle cable.
·
New shift lever
·
12oz Steahly flywheel weight.
·
19” Tubliss in rear wheel.
·
New grips
·
Paid ICW radiators to brace the radiators. Installed with new radiator hoses.
·
Wiseco forged clutch basket
The bike starts, runs, and rides great. It is 100% ready to ride or race, whichever you prefer. It has its quirks and imperfections but it’s a good, fast bike. Having said that, if you want a show bike there is still work to be done.
I have a spare set of forks with some damaged internals and an oversized gas tank that will come with it.
