1961--"SOUND OF MUSIC"--STARRING FLORENCE HENDERSON, JOHN MYHERS AND BEATRICE KREBS-- NATIONAL TOURING COMPANY  CAST SOUVENIR PROGRAM AND PLAYBILL--LOT OF TWO (2)....Here's a  wonderful 52 year old LOT OF TWO (2)--SOUVENIR PROGRAM AND PLAYBILL--from the national touring company production in Los Angeles of the incredible long running blockbuster musical, "SOUND OF MUSIC",  music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse,  directed by Vincent Donehue and starring Florence Henderson, John Myhers and Beatrice Krebs...Ms. Henderson was starring as "Maria" in the national tour, while Mary Martin was still headlining the Broadway production....The souvenir program has all the musical numbers and scenes breakdowns and is  loaded with wonderful photos from the production, photos and profiles of the cast and creative staff and  history of  the material...The playbill (called the "Curtain Call" in L.A.) has the complete cast, musical numbers and scenes breakdown......also a great "Who's Who in the  Cast"--profiles and bios of cast and creative staff....and....lots of great old 60s L.A. ads and graphics....and... lots more info on what's happening  on the L.A. theatre scene in the 60s...The 24 page  souvenir program is  in  overall
near mint  condition
....The 36 page playbill is in overall
excellent condition...
