    Description

    Features:
    There is a strong correlation between the pH of the body's internal environment and pH paper help you to maintain good healthy body by testing many usual everyday substances, including moisturized soap, lemon juice, milk, liquid detergent, moisturized soil, saliva, urine, sweat...etcweat...etc
    The scale reads from 1 to 14:
    1 - 3 indicates a very acidic substance
    4 - 6 indicates an acidic substance
    7 indicates neutral
    8 - 11 indicates alkalinity
    12 - 14 indicates a very high level of alkalinity
    Instructions for use:
    To test Urine: Test the first and second urine of the day and record the average reading. To test, briefly place the pH strip in the urine stream,shake the oxcess fluid and walt 1 5 seconds to read your pH.
    To test Sallva: Wait two hours after eating. Spit saliva into a spoon, dip the pH strip into the fluid and wait 15 seconds to read your pH.
    Result: A reading of pH 7.0+ is perfect, pH 6.5 is acidic and below pH6.0 is very acidic.Test 2-3 times per day and daily over a longer time poriod to get an average reading.
    Note: Once you record your results we recommend you consult with atrained health practitioner.
