    Description

10 LBS DEER GREENS FOOD PLOT MIX WITH PURPLE TOP TURNIPS, DAIKON RADISH, DWARF ESSEX RAPE SEED
THIS IS 10 LBS OF MY SPECIAL DEER GREENS BRASSICA MIX WHICH CONSIST OF EQUAL AMOUNTS OF PURPLE TOP TURNIPS, DAIKON FORAGE RADISH, AND DWARF ESSEX RAPE SEED. THIS SPECIAL BLEND OF BRASSICAS HAS PROVEN TO BE THE MOST SUCCESSFUL DEER FOOD PLOT MIX THAT I HAVE EVER USED. DEER ABSOLUTELY CAN'T RESIST THE SUCCULENT LEAVES AND THEN, LATER IN THE SEASON, THEY LOVE THE RADISHES AND TURNIPS AS THEY BOTH TURN SWEET AS THE SEASON PROGRESSES. THIS MIX ATTRACTS DEER IN EARLY SEASON, DURING THE HEAT OF THE RUT, AND ALSO IN LATE SEASON AFTER ALL THE OTHER AVAILABLE FOOD SOURCES HAVE GONE AWAY.
THE PICTURES THAT YOU SEE ARE MY ACTUAL FOOD PLOTS AND AS YOU CAN SEE, I KILLED A REALLY NICE 10 POINT BUCK OVER ONE OF MY PLOTS.
PLANT AT THE RATE OF 5 LBS PER 1/4 ACRE. LIGHTLY DISC YOUR GROUND IF YOU CAN AND THEN BROADCAST YOUR SEED OVER THE TOP. YOU CAN THEN ROLL YOUR SEED INTO THE GROUND OR VERY LIGHTLY DISC AGAIN BEING CAREFUL NOT TO GET SEED TOO DEEP. IF YOU CAN'T DISC, YOU CAN JUST THROW THE SEED OVER THE TOP AND WAIT FOR A RAIN. THE SEED CAN BE PLANTED BOTH IN SPRING OR FALL BUT AUGUST/SEPTEMBER IS IDEAL. THANKS AND GOOD LUCK THIS YEAR WITH YOUR HUNTING.
